Mac OS X developers and users in the scientific and technical computing community can now benefit from this powerful and flexible development tool. NAG’s f95 compiler is the first of several products that NAG expects to bring to the Mac OS X platform over the next few months.

It also includes features of the Fortran 2000 standard for Allocatable Components and for IEEE Floating Point Exception Handling. Finally, the NAG f95 compiler recognizes many common extensions for Fortran 77 to provide support for legacy code.
